· Registration packets for returning students and their siblings and Copperfield Church members will be given out beginning January 28, 2010. The packets may be turned in beginning Tuesday, February 9th at 7:30 am. 

· Registration will open to the general public on Tuesday, February 16th at 10 am. 

· Fees due at registration: registration fee, Fall supply fee, A Beka book fee (4 year olds only), and the tuition deposit fee. These fees will hold a place for your child over the summer months. 

· Registration will be on-going, with a no-obligation waiting list added as needed. There is no fee required while on the waiting list.

· There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $85 per child that is due at registration.

· A Fall semester supply fee is due at the time of registration and the Spring supply fee is due before the Thanksgiving break. The amount per semester is $20 for one day per week one year olds, $25 for two days per week, $35 for three days per week and $45 for four days per week.  This fee is refundable until 2 pm on May 12, 2010 if we have received written notice that you are withdrawing from the program.

· There is a tuition deposit fee equal to half of your monthly tuition due at the time of registration.  This fee will be applied toward your May 2011 tuition.  This fee is refundable until 2 pm on November 16, 2010 if we have received 2 weeks written notice that you are withdrawing from the program.  

· There is a one-time A Beka book (phonics, math, writing) fee of $30.00 for children enrolled in all 4/5 year old classes.  This fee is refundable until 2 pm on May 12, 2010 if we have received written notice that you are withdrawing from the program.

· There is a 10% tuition discount for the second child and a 15% tuition discount for the third child in the same family.
